The Greenhouse
Beginning in January, we begin to sow the first seeds of the nearly 300 varieties of annuals, herbs and vegetable plants that we grow. Many of our ornamentals are the plants that gardeners rely upon for season-long durability and flower-power, others are less well known selections we choose for their beautiful forms, colors, and fragrance. We select and grow herb and vegetable plants for their flavor as well as their garden performance and productiveness. We grow plants from vigorous hybrid seeds, long-loved open pollinated and heirloom varieties and seeds saved from favorite plant varieties we grown on the farm.
