Stock, Mathiola Quartet Rainbow

by Maureen Sullivan on January 24, 2017

Sun. 18 to 24 inches.  The blossoms of Quartet Rainbow have a soft, creamy yellow centers with a blush of rose at the petals’ edge.  Not only valued as a cut flower and fragrance, the peppery, clove-like flavor of stock flowers lends itself for use as a garnish to salads and desert.
