Winter Squash Waltham Butternut

Sun. The Waltham strain sets the standard for butternut squash. The skin is light tan-colored when ripe. It has a small seed cavity and thick, cylindrical necks. Average fruits weight is 4-5 lb. The flesh is smooth-textured and reaches its peak sweet flavor after 2 months’ storage.
