Verbascum Southern Charm, an early summer bloomer that will rebloom when the heat of summer subsides, has a color palate of dreamy shades of peach, rose and yellow and a pronounced bee. Its spiky habit and bee makes it reminiscent of delphiniums. Southern Charm is draught tolerant.
