Sun. 24 to 30 inches. This old-fashioned border carnation provides a sweet and spicy clove fragrance from pale lemon yellow blossoms. Blooms start to appear in late July.  A superb addition to your cut flower beds. Plant in fertile, sandy slightly alkaline soil.

Dill Bouquet

Full sun.  Height 18 to 28″.  We have been waiting for a great seed grown variety of echinacea to become available and it is the Artisan series.  These plants took off like a shot and flowered in the first season.  Not only did they flower abundantly but they grew into large plants over the course of their first year.

Full sun.  Height 32″.  Although we were truly impressed with the Artisan series of echinacea, for those of you looking for a taller plant than the Artisans, we are growing Mellow Yellow.  2023 will be the first year that we grow Mellow Yellow so we will see if it competes with Artisan as to vigor and earliness to bloom.  Mellow Yellow opens a deep mango and ages through yellow to a buttery ivory.

Eggplant Barbarella
